Return and Refund Policy for Super Cases World

No Questions Asked Policy To ensure a seamless purchase experience for our customers, we provide a no-questions-asked refund and replacement policy within the 7-day return period.

1. Return and Replacement Policy We offer a 7-day return or replacement policy from the date of delivery. After 7 days, we do not provide returns or replacements under any circumstances.

2. Conditions for Return

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Any returned product that does not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

3. Refund Process

  • For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be processed through NEFT/IMPS/UPI. You will need to provide your bank or UPI details to initiate the refund process.

4. Exchange Process

  • To request an exchange, you must email us at support@supercasesworld.com

  • We will arrange a return pickup for your product within 24 hours.

  • Once the return pickup is successfully completed, we will ship the exchange product as per your request.

  • If the requested product for exchange is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead of an exchange.

5. Mandatory Unboxing Video To make any claims regarding returns, replacements, or refunds, you must provide an unboxing video of the product as proof. Claims without an unboxing video will not be entertained.
